Spryka eVerify
If you are a bulk email marketing campaigner, you may have received thousands of NDRs (Non Delivery Reports) for emails that you sent out. You receive an NDR due to the fact that the target email address has issues and your email cannot be delivered to the destination. This may happen due to various reasons including invalid domain names, invalid email username, mail server issues, target email box being out of space etc. Imagine a scenario such that, you send some twenty thousand emails as part of a campaign and about 30% of the target email addresses have issues. Now you receive about six thousand emails saying those emails were not delivered! First of all, the money you spent on six thousand emails is in vain and second, your mail box is flooded with thousands of emails at once creating more troubles.
Spryka eVerify helps you to avoid these unpleasant incidents. Once you obtain an email list with thousands of email addresses, eVerify helps you to filter out invalid or bad email addresses from your list with great accuracy. eVerify simulates the sending of an email to all the emails in the list without actually sending one out and report the outcome. If the simulation provides positive feedback, the corresponding email addresses will be marked as good.
Instant Verification
eVerify offers a fast verification process for email addresses in your list providing you instant feedback on their validity. You can have predefined rules set for this verification process, so these rules are applied during the verification. As an example, certain email domains can be marked for permanent deletion from the list, some domains can be marked as valid etc. This helps to make the verification more effective and efficient. eVerify offers another feature for you to inspect the verification process real-time if you wish to, but this is not recommended if your list contains thousands of email addresses!
Import Email Address Lists
The ability to import email address lists from different formats to your email verification tool comes in handy. eVerify supports three main categories of imports; import from another file format, import from an ODBC data source, and import from Windows Address Book. Under the first import category, eVerify supports formats such as Paradox Database, Dbase, text files, HTML, MS Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, QuattroPro, XML, and Microsoft Access databases. For ODBC data sources, all major databases that supports ODBC connections can be imported from. Apart from that, you can import email addresses directly from Windows Address Book (Windows Mail and Microsoft Outlook Express).
Big Mailing Lists
eVerify can support up to a hundred thousand email addresses in a single list but it is recommended not to import more than fifty thousand email addresses due to the time it would take for importing.
Advanced Logging
eVerify’s logging feature comes in handy when you need to keep a detailed track of the statuses of each email address and the operations performed on it. The information that is captured by logging is; good email addresses, bad email addresses, the email addresses that did not return any state, the email addresses that matched your predefined rules, invalid email addresses and email addresses deleted from the list.
Logging features of eVerify give you a detailed information for analysis of the state of each email address.
Multi-threaded Operations
eVerify is a multi-threaded application. Once verification begins, a number of verification processes are executed in parallel so the time it takes for the entire process is significantly reduced. The number of threads (parallel verification processes) can be defined under “Options”. The rule of thumb for a higher number of threads is a fast internet connection. If the thread value is high, you need to have a higher bandwidth connection to Internet.
Export Email Address Lists
eVerify offers functionality for exporting verified email lists in different formats for email marketing tools such as ePostMailer. Email marketing tools can import the files exported from eVerify and carry out the email campaigns successfully. eVerify supports export formats such as Paradox, Dbase, text, HTML, MS Excel, MS Word, SYLK, DIF, Lotus 1-2-3, QuattroPro, SQL script, XML, MS Access database, RTF, SPSS, PDF, and LDAP Data-Interchange-Format. Apart from above formats, eVerify can export email lists via any ODBC data connection.
